THE 2025 FALL BOATS AFLOAT SHOW AT SEATTLE’S LAKE UNION HIGHLIGHTS SPECTACULAR LUXURY POWER AND SAILING CRAFT, BOATING LIFESTYLE TRENDS AND FESTIVE FAMILY FUN

SEATTLE, WA (September 3, 2025) –The colorful 2025 Fall Boats Afloat Show docks at Seattle’s scenic South Lake Union next Thursday through Sunday, September 11-14, featuring more than 130 power and sailing craft including the region’s largest motor yachts, a variety of sailboat offerings, luxury cruising and performance models plus a big line-up of shoreside activities for the entire family. A tradition since 1978, top dealers and brokers are introducing new designs and sought after recent models with an opportunity for showgoers to hop aboard and explore the Northwest’s largest on-the-water boat show.
Boat rides, shoreside vendors and family fun
Quality shoreside exhibitors feature innovations in boating technology, accessories, marine services and offerings from local artists and craftspeople. There is plenty to see and do for the entire family (children 12 and under are always admitted free) with special weekend activities, more than 25 hours of live music during the show, tasty food options and beverage choices. Added attractions include:
- The colorful Emerald City Tiki Boat brings a South Seas cruise “vibe” to the show with free rides for showgoers Saturday and Sunday only, September 13 and 14, at 11 a.m., noon, 1 and 2 p.m. Space is limited for each cruise.
- Free “Kid’s Boat Building” with the Center for Wooden Boats Saturday and Sunday, September 13 and 14, 1 to 4 p.m. with all the supplies are provided.
- Salmon for Soldiers, the show’s charity partner, spotlights its therapeutic fishing experiences for active service members and veterans with a major display during the show.
“Boats of Note” highlight the big line-up of boats to tour
Among the outstanding craft on display are “Boats of Note” featuring model debuts, forward-thinking design trends and models ideal for Northwest boating needs.
They include the new, Bremerton-built 45 Full Cabin from Life Proof Boats powered by triple 600hp Mercury V12 outboards clocking in at more than 70 m.p.h.; an exciting debut from Canadian-builder Coastal Craft Yachts, the luxurious 54LUX combines eye-catching styling with outstanding cruising qualities; Horizon Yachts offers the rare Horizon V68 with breakthrough style and functionality, crafted in collaboration with acclaimed designer Jonathan Quinn Barnett; the 2022 Prestige 520 Fly, displayed by W S Yacht Brokers is one of the West Coast’s most sought-after models blending performance, elegance and intelligent design.
The excitement continues as Solara joins the show for the first time with several models to tour, including the S-310 SB, Solara’s newest cruising command bridge; Chris Craft Northwest spotlights the Chris CraftLaunch 28 GT with itsunmistakable Chris-Craft profile and Seakeeper Ride for comfort at any speed. Ready to party? The 2025 Barletta Cabrio 24 Ultra Entertainer from NW Inboards features a versatile high-top table, swivel stools and multi-function bench seating perfect for hosting family and friends.
Sailors will get an eyeful with a variety of models on hand, including Marine Service Center’s 41-foot Sun Odyssey 410, perfecting the art of sailing with comfort and excellent control features and Signature Yachts’ award-winning Beneteau Oceanis 46.1 with a spacious layout and plenty of luxury touches, including an island berth master suite.
