VIP Night

VIP Night Event: Wednesday, September 16th from 3pm – 7pm – Invite your friends and best clients to our invitation-only kick-off party, sponsored by Pacific Maritime Title and Elliott Bay Marina! Wear your best yachting attire, for a fun, elevated event!

The VIP event is a 21 and over event held the night prior to the opening of the show.  Guests will enjoy the VIP experience: an exclusive preview of the show, a commemorative glass, wine tastings and live entertainment. We encourage our exhibitors to offer light snacks, appetizers and/or drinks at your own booth location, but it is not required.

VIP Tickets: VIP tickets are exclusively available to Exhibitors – they can not be purchased by the general public. You get (10) complimentary VIP tickets with your exhibitor space. Any additional tickets are charged back at $10/ticket, if they are redeemed at the door. Unredeemed tickets do not incur a charge. All of our VIP and Exhibitor General Admission Tickets are digital – additional details have been sent to all Exhibitors. Both GA and VIP will be charged back at the same rate – $10/ticket.

As a reminder, with our recently-implemented digital ticketing system – there will be no on-site Will Call.

Badges

Badges: Badge allotments are as follows:
Shoreside: (5) complimentary badges
In-Water: (10) complimentary badges

Additional badges are available for $15/badge.  Badges are for exhibitor staff only – please use show tickets for your clients and guests.

Non-Staff Vendors: For security purposes, EVERY PERSON entering the show will be required to have a badge. If you have a non-staff vendor who will regularly be working your display (for example – captains, host/hostesses, catering services, manufacturer representative, etc), you must include them in your show badge list. We will not be handing out complimentary badges to these vendors.

Detailers: All detailers are required to check in at the show office when they arrive. They are required to wear a visible badge while on site (provided by NYBA – these are not a part of your badge allotment). You must provide to us the company name of the detailers that will be working on your behalf, and we will cross check that information when they check-in at the show office.

Badge forms were due August 21st. If you need additional badges, you can get them from the Show Office and will be charged $15/badge. NEW: Exhibitors who do NOT submit a badge list by August 21, will be assessed a $25 fee.

Tickets

Tickets:
In 2025, we rolled out a new digital ticketing system – which we hope many of you have used by now! This new system allows you to easily email tickets to your clients and prospects. Exhibitors receive a credit of (10) digital VIP and (10) digital General Admission tickets; any ticket redemptions that exceed those complimentary ticket allotments will be charged back at $10/redeemed tickets. There is no charge for tickets that you send out that are not redeemed. Digital ticket instructions and custom ordering links have been sent to all Exhibitors that receive complimentary tickets. If you did not receive your link, please contact leslie@nwyachtbrokers.com.

Ticketing questions should be directed to: leslie@nwyachtbrokers.com.
