Badges & Tickets

Badges: Badge allotments as as follows:
Shoreside: (5) complimentary badges
Main Show In-Water: (10) complimentary badges
H.C. Henry Pier: (2) complimentary badges per slip

Additional badges are available for $15/badge. You must submit a Badge Form with the names of the staff working your display. Badges are for exhibitor staff only. 

Non-Staff Vendors: For security purposes, EVERY PERSON entering the show will be required to have a badge. If you have a non-staff vendor who will regularly be working your display (for example – captains, host/hostesses, catering services, manufacturer representative, etc), you must include them in your show badge list. We will not be handing out complimentary badges to these vendors.

Detailers: All detailers are required to check in at the show office when they arrive. They are required to wear a visible badge while on site (provided by NYBA – these are not a part of your badge allotment). You must provide to us the company name of the detailers that will be working on your behalf, and we will cross check that information when they check-in at the show office.

Badge forms are due no later than August 18. These are NOT print on demand – we must have the list of staff by August 18 in order to get the badges printed. Exhibitors who do NOT submit a badge list by August 18, will be assessed a $25 fee.

Tickets: NEW DIGITAL TICKETING PROCESS FOR 2025
We’re excited to announce that we’ve changed ticketing platforms, and will now be offering an all digital ticketing experience for our exhibitors! This is both more cost-effective for NYBA (and you! no mailing costs!), and allows you to easily email tickets to your clients and prospects. Digital ticket instructions will be sent out to the ticket contact listed on your contract, in early August.

Additional how-to videos and how-to guides will be released in August, to help you learn the new system!

Exhibitor Parking & Hotels

Hotels: Book a discounted hotel room at one of our show partner hotels, available hereNote that most hotels must be booked by mid-August to qualify for the discount!

Exhibitor Parking: Exhibitor parking information will be available closer to the show.

PR and Boats of Note

Attention exhibitors with NEW OR NOTABLE boats at the upcoming Boats Afloat Show!

Do you have a NEW or NOTABLE boat on display at the upcoming Boats Afloat Show? Please submit your Boats of Note to NYBA and to our PR partner, Bartlett Group PR.

What we’re looking for:
1. High level details on the boat – make, model, size, year (if not new)
2. What makes it new and notable? (show debut, first in the region, unique propulsion or design, etc.)
3. High resolution photo(s)
