This is the spot that you’ll find helpful information on the show, as well as downloadable assets that you can use to promote the Boats Afloat Show. Please use this page to download files, digital assets, and more resources and information you may find useful as they become available.

April 3rd is the deadline for additions, changes or deletions. Please use the online Boat Update Form to make those requests. Boat updates MUST be made in writing.

VIP Night

VIP Night Event: Thursday, April 24th from 3pm – 7pm – Invite your friends and best clients to our invitation-only kick-off party!

The VIP event is a 21 and over event held the night prior to the opening of the show.  Guests will enjoy the VIP experience: an exclusive preview of the show, a commemorative glass, wine tastings and live entertainment. We encourage our exhibitors to offer light snacks, appetizers and/or drinks at your own booth location, but it is not required.

VIP Tickets: VIP tickets are exclusively available to Exhibitors – they can not be purchased by the general public. You get (10) complimentary VIP tickets with your exhibitor space. Any additional tickets are charged back at $7/ticket, if they are redeemed at the door. Unredeemed tickets do not incur a charge. New this year: All of our VIP and Exhibitor General Admission Tickets are digital! You will receive information on accessing digital tickets closer to the show. Questions? Contact leslie@nwyachtbrokers.com

Tickets, Badges & Will Call

Badges: Badge allotments as as follows:
Shoreside: (5) complimentary badges
Main Show In-Water: (10) complimentary badges
H.C. Henry Pier: (2) complimentary badges per slip

Additional badges are available for $15/badge. You must submit a Badge Form with the names of the staff working your display. Badges are for exhibitor staff only. 

Non-Staff Vendors: For security purposes, EVERY PERSON entering the show will be required to have a badge. If you have a non-staff vendor who will regularly be working your display (for example – captains, host/hostesses, catering services, manufacturer representative, etc), you must include them in your show badge list. We will not be handing out complimentary badges to these vendors.

Detailers: All detailers are required to check in at the show office when they arrive. They are required to wear a visible badge while on site (provided by NYBA – these are not a part of your badge allotment). You must provide to us the company name of the detailers that will be working on your behalf, and we will cross check that information when they check-in at the show office.

Badge forms are due no later than April 3rd. These are NOT print on demand – we must have the list of staff by April 3rd in order to get the badges printed.

Tickets: NEW DIGITAL TICKETING PROCESS FOR 2025
We’re excited to announce that we’ve changed ticketing platforms, and will now be offering an all digital ticketing experience for our exhibitors! This is both more cost-effective for NYBA (and you! no mailing costs!), and allows you to easily email tickets to your clients and prospects. We will share additional ‘how-to’ details closer to the show.

You still receive (10) digital complimentary VIP and (10) digital complimentary General Admission tickets with your exhibitor space. Any tickets that you use beyond that are charged back at $7/ticket (VIP night) and $11/ticket (General Admission). You are only charged if they are redeemed at the entrance – billings occur after the show.

IMPORTANT: Given our ‘all digital’ exhibitor ticketing process, there will not be a Will Call at the show entrance.

PR and Boats of Note

Attention exhibitors with NEW OR NOTABLE boats at the upcoming Fall Boats Afloat Show!

Do you have a NEW or NOTABLE boat on display at the upcoming Boats Afloat Show? Please submit your Boats of Note to NYBA and to our PR partner, Bartlett Group PR.

What we’re looking for:
1. High level details on the boat – make, model, size, year (if not new)
2. What makes it new and notable? (show debut, first in the region, unique propulsion or design, etc.)
3. High resolution photo(s)
