Spring Boats Afloat Show

EXPLORE A SPARKLING DISPLAY OF LUXURY POWER AND SAILING CRAFT, A BOATLOAD OF FEATURE ATTRACTIONS AND SHORESIDE FUN COMING TO SEATTLE’S SOUTH LAKE UNION, APRIL 25-28

SEATTLE, WA (March 26, 2024) – The Spring Boats Afloat Show docks at Seattle’s South Lake Union April 25-28, 2024 spotlighting more than 125 impressive motor yachts, a variety of sailboat offerings, high-end cruisers ideal for Northwest waters, high-performance craft, rugged fishing models and much more.

The region’s largest on-the water boat show offers plenty to see and explore: a peak into our maritime traditions aboard the historic Virginia V, meeting up with the Emerald City Pirates for boat rides on Lake Union, free educational seminars and hands-on activities for children (the show is free for children 12 and under) and much more

Presented by the Northwest Yacht Brokers Association (NYBA) since 1978, this boating tradition offers a “go-to” opportunity to learn about the latest boating lifestyle and technology trends.  Among the big line-up of boats are “Boats of Note,” representing the latest, distinctive designs – including several models making their Northwest debut. Among the biggest head-turning vessels is a 106-foot luxury yacht from Alexander Marine USA.

The region’s largest on-the-water showcase has curated quality shoreside exhibitors with the latest innovations in accessories and marine services, plus a Dockside Marketplace featuring products by nautical-inspired artisans.

Salmon for Soldiers (salmonforsoldiers.com) returns as the show’s Official Charity Partner as it provides free fishing activities throughout the year for veterans and active-duty military personnel. With a mission to reduce stress and create new relationships through boating and fishing, showgoers can show their support by purchasing raffle tickets for a variety of prizes.

A boatload of feature attractions

The full slate of attractions includes the historic Virginia V, an iconic member of the Puget Sound fabled “Mosquito Fleet,” as she welcomes showgoers aboard for self-guided tours. Docents will be available to share information about the colorful vessel throughout the show. Other features include:
